Jason Lynch, MS, LMHCA, ADS
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

I have experience treating clients diagnosed with various substance use disorders (addictions). However, my passion for helping others extends beyond the field of chemical dependency.

My goal is to help clients explore their problems, strengthen their voices, and enrich their lives.  My approach is eclectic, combining cognitive and behavioral techniques to respond to the unique personalities of my clients.

My goal is to create a safe environment for client's to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Collaboratively we work together to identify your strengths, discover insights, and move toward your goals. With a warm and empathic approach, I focus on empowering clients to help them make positive changes to lead healthier lives.

I make every effort to be responsive to the individual needs of my clients.  Whenever possible, I will return your call the same day, and always within one business day.  Initial appointments can usually be scheduled within 72 hours.

Having worked in the healthcare industry for over ten years, I know that all too often patients are forced to choose between paying for their medical care and being able to feed their families.  One of the factors that drives my practice is the ability to make counseling accessible and affordable.

Because I know how important it is for my clients to feel heard and understood, I work hard to build a safe and secure context for them to explore all the different social and psychological systems of their lives. That trust and safety provides the foundation for deep and lasting change.
