Whether you are looking to schedule an appointment, or already have and are are wondering what happens next, here are some of the most frequently asked questions.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

You can schedule an appointment by telephone or online using the secure Client Portal.  To schedule by phone, call 317-754-0808.  To schedule online, click the button below.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

After your appointment has been confirmed by The Cousneling Center, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Patient Portal.  Once inside the portal, you will find all of the forms that need to be reviewed and signed prior to your first session.  

WHAT ELSE CAN I DO WITH THE PATIENT PORTAL?

The Patient Portal is a HIPAA compliant method of communication between you and your counselor.  You will receive copies of invoices and SuperBills in the Patient Portal.  Additionally, your counselor can send documents to you and you can upload documents to share with him.

WILL I BE ABLE TO USE MY INSURANCE?

The Counseling Center does not bill insurance companies directly for the services we provide.  Click below to learn more about insurance and counseling.
