If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, depressed, anxious or hopeless, you’re not alone. I have worked with adults of all ages, and I understand the complexities of living with anxiety, depression, addiction, and emotional distress. My work has been effective with individuals suffering with depression, anxiety, grief, stress, trauma, PTSD, and other concerns.
My goal is to help clients explore their problems, strengthen their voices, and enrich their lives. My approach is eclectic, combining cognitive and behavioral techniques to respond to the unique personalities of my clients. I became a counselor because I really do believe that positive change and growth are possible and that we all can live richer, fuller lives.
